Can I Authorise My Order To Be Left If I’m Not Home?Updated a month ago

You can update your delivery instructions via the Australia Post email which is sent when your order is dispatched. This gives you the option to select 'leave it in a safe place'. Here at Activeskin, we request a signature upon delivery. By requesting to have your delivery left in a safe place, you are waiving this instruction and adopting responsibility for the safe arrival of your order. We take every precaution to package items securely, however, cannot guarantee the condition of your order if left unattended or in extreme weather conditions. Please ensure you are confident your delivery address will be safe and secure. If you are not present at the time of delivery, MyPost customers can view photo confirmation of the ‘attempted delivery’. This will show either the safe place where the item was left, the front door of an attempted delivery, or any hazards at the delivery address. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be notified via the AusPost app, email or SMS. A card will be left if your parcel has not been matched to a MyPost Account.
