What Happens If My Order Is Delivered Incorrectly?Updated a year ago

We will do everything we can to ensure your order gets to you. We can obtain an image from Australia Post to see where the order has been left. From here, we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to conduct an investigation as to where the order has been left. Sometimes the order can be retrieved and re-delivered, but in many instances, it's deemed as lost. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-dispatch your order or provide a refund until Australia Post deems the investigation as resolved, and we thank you for your patience.
